"He said he'd seen some of my work, which is amazing, and was a fan of Gavin & Stacey," the British actress said of meeting Middleton’s husband and the BBC show, which follows an Essex boy and Welsh girl’s comedic love story. “I congratulated him on his wonderful children and he shook my hand and I was shaking,” she recalled. "It's all a bit of a blur. It was a huge honor and I will absolutely treasure this, I can't quite believe it."
William looked well-rested considering he admitted yesterday while meeting with England’s women’s football team that he hasn’t slept well since welcoming royal baby No. 2.
Sleepless nights aside, William is grateful to now be a father to a daughter. "[Prince William] has secretly wanted a little girl. He wanted a girl [since] Prince George's [birth]," royal expert Katie Nicholl previously told Us Weekly. "And I think it's wonderful. Now they have one of each."
