Sources confirm to Yahoo that Lamar, 34, "has gone MIA" again. Although he and Khloé, 30, have been in touch "here and there" over the past few months, Odom won't sign, nor has he filed his own response to Kardashian's initial divorce filing in December 2013.
According to papers filed by a Los Angeles Superior Court Family judge on Oct. 9, Khloé must either file a Request to Enter a Default, or a Request for Dismissal.
The Request to Enter a Default is used when a spouse who has been served fails to respond within 30 days, or the respondent spouse cannot be located. A dismissal would essentially cancel the divorce.
Us Weekly reports Odom is still hoping for a reconciliation.
