Ouch! No one needs to walk a mile in Kim Kardashian's shoes to know that looks painful.

The seven months pregnant reality star was photographed in Los Angeles on Thursday showing off super swollen feet.

Kardashian, 32, squeezed her feet into some clear stilettos and we're having sympathy pain just looking at these pics of the ankle straps cutting into her flesh!

Kanye West's girlfriend has not been shy on Twitter in sharing her discomfort when it comes to this particular pregnancy problem:
On June 2, Kardashian will be having her baby shower in L.A. and invitations went out this week to a select group of pals. According to E! News the lavish invites were in music boxes that, when opened, played a special tune as a wind-up ballerina twirled.

That's one way to ask for a charity donation, right?
