Hehe! Some people can be so funny! Residents of a community in Minsk the capital of Belarus were reportedly woken up by "loud moans" coming from a couple who couldn't find a room quickly enough. The pair just got down to it right on the pavement near a main road in full view of everyone.
The randy couple could reportedly face a heavy fine for 'hooliganism' if they're reported.
