Dencia makes the list of worst outfit at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards on E! online [PICS]

E! Online gave the list of the worst dressed stars which featured Dencia, they explained her outfit was a plain bizzarre. "The singer's pop art-inspired jumpsuit—complete with a neon face-print and visor—was just plain bizarre."
