The rapper started off the day by posting a sweet message to his little girl on Instagram. "Happy birthday to my angel, my princess, my pride and joy Reginae Carter! 16 years of being a reminder of how beautiful life can truly b," he shared on Saturday. Later that night, it was party time.
Naturally, the Young Money CEO called on a few of his famous pals to bring a little star power to "Nae Day." Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss, American Idol alum Fantasia Barrino, and Nicki Minaj all turned up for the fete. Minaj even got on stage to perform "Beez in the Trap."
The theme of the party was "Winter White," so Reginae spent much of the evening rocking a personalized cape emblazoned with "Young Nae." She arrived at venue in a Cinderella-esque horse-drawn carriage. Like a true diva she had not one, but five costume changes throughout the party and stood out in two colorful ensembles. Hey… the birthday girl is the only one who doesn't have to abide by the white rule.
Of course, the party didn't wrap up before the fresh 16-year-old received a gift... or two. Regina got a pair of cars from her parents, a Ferrari GTO and a BMW.
