According to the Fulton County Sheriff's Department, Young Jeezy, or Jay Jenkins, turned himself in on Jan. 3 and left the same day on a bond worth $45,000 charges of terroristic threats, false imprisonment and battery.
According to TMZ, documents allege Jenkins "got into a fight with his son in a bathroom and he threw his son into the glass shower door, causing the son to hit his head. Then Jeezy allegedly punched him in the face, dragged him into the bedroom, threw him on the bed and pummeled him."
Jenkins also allegedly "choked his son and said, 'I will kill you.'"
Jenkins is scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 29.
