Despite the flooding, the people of Shenyang, the capital of northeast China's Liaoning Province didn't care about it, instead they were living their normal lives and other activities, not minding the flood. Some parts of Shenyang were waterlogged due to a downpour caused by thunderstorms Friday, August 16th.
